Electrical designer (m/f/d)

For our client, a specialist for signaling and communication technology in demanding environments, we are looking for an experienced design engineer (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering . In this role, you will accompany projects from the creation of circuit diagrams to the final documentation for international customers.

Responsibilities

• Electrical design: You create precise circuit diagrams, terminal diagrams and parts lists using WSCAD or Eplan .

• Calculation & design: You will calculate cable cross-sections as well as system and fuse designs for safe power distribution.

• Layout & visualization : You use MS Visio to create design and dimensioned drawings for control cabinets and housings as well as overview plans for complete systems.

• Data management: You maintain system lists (e.g. PLC and cable lists) and manage technical information in MS Access .

• Documentation & internationality: You will complete the final documentation and assist with foreign language translations (English/Russian) of the drawings.

• Project maintenance: You revise and optimize existing systems and ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Completed training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) or a degree in electrical engineering .

• Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in electrical design.

• Software skills:

  Sound knowledge of WSCAD or Eplan .

  Confident handling of MS Visio and MS Access .

• Languages: Good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Russian is a valuable asset due to international documentation requirements.

• Working style: You work independently, reliably and have a high degree of accuracy.
