As an Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Site Manager , you'll have a lead role in overseeing electrical teams delivering installation, commissioning, and safety for multiple state‑of‑the‑art Hydrogen / Clean Energy / Petrochemical plants, and help bring clean energy systems to life on a global scale.

The Role

Oversee, coordinate, and ensure quality and safety of electrical installation works for global electrolyzer or plant projects
Lead and coach electricians and coordinate with other trades & technical disciplines (e.g. control / automation / switchgear)
Ensure compliance with applicable electrical safety standards, quality requirements, and internal policies

Ideally, you’ll bring:

Qualification as technician / master / or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or comparable discipline
Several years’ hands‑on experience in electrical installation / plant electrical works, ideally in supervisory capacity
Strong understanding of electrical safety norms, switchgear, panel installations, and control systems

Remote work / Travel: Due to the nature of this position, a high percentage of this role will involve travel to construction sites across Europe. If preferred, you will be able to work from home office when not onsite.

Language : A good level of German and English skills
