The Opportunity

We are supporting a leading international contractor delivering a major pharmaceutical manufacturing expansion near Mannheim.

This is a highly regulated, quality‑driven environment where electrical installations must meet the strictest industry standards. They are now seeking an experienced Electrical Quality Lead to oversee electrical QA/QC delivery from installation through to testing, verification, and handover.

Key Responsibilities

As Electrical Quality Lead, you will:

• Take full ownership of electrical quality assurance and control across site works
• Ensure installations comply with project specifications, local codes, and GMP/pharma standards
• Lead inspections, walkdowns, and verification activities with subcontractors and client teams
• Manage quality documentation including:
• ITPs
• NCRs and corrective actions
• Interface closely with commissioning and validation teams to support smooth project close‑out

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for:

• Proven experience as an Electrical QA/QC Lead or Electrical Quality Manager
• Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, cleanroom, or regulated industrial projects
• Strong understanding of electrical systems: LV/HV, containment, cabling, switchgear, BMS interface
• Excellent knowledge of inspection processes, handover standards, and compliance documentation
• Confident working with EPCs, main contractors, and client quality teams
• Fluent English (German is advantageous but not essential)
