Electronics Technician - Assembly & Integration (m/f/d)

In space technology, precision is critical. Every single solder joint fulfils a safety-relevant function. We mainly manufacture one-off units and small series, where every single step matters. Only if each connection is reliable can an electronic system operate safely and consistently over the long term. Your Tasks

• Preparation and kitting of electronic components
• Prepare and provide all components required for PCB assembly
• Ensure a smooth and efficient manufacturing process
• Bend component leads, remove gold plating, and pre-tin contacts

• Setup and operation of placement equipment
• Set up, configure, and operate semi-automatic placement aids or fully automatic placement machines
• Assemble single units and small series of electronic assemblies

• Manual soldering (THT & SMD)
• Perform manual soldering on printed circuit boards using through-hole and surface-mount technology
• Partial and full population of complete assemblies, not only rework

• Bonding and coating of electronic assemblies
• Bond components for thermal coupling or mechanical stability
• Apply protective coatings to safeguard assemblies against environmental influences

• Integration of electronic assemblies
• Mount electronic assemblies into module frames
• Integrate assemblies into complete units according to mechanical drawings

• Manufacturing documentation
• Carefully document each manufacturing step using route cards and log sheets
• Ensure full traceability, quality assurance, and process reliability

Your Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in an electrical or electronics-related field (e.g. Electronics Technician, Electrical Technician, Mechatronics Technician)
• Very precise, structured, and quality-focused working style
• Experience with SMD placement machines is an advantage
• High sense of responsibility and understanding of safety-critical applications
