Overview

An Embedded Software Engineer is sought by this leading engineering organisation to join their R+D Centre in Essen. The role involves developing software in C and C++ for industrial IoT, Medical Devices and Mobile Devices, and collaborating with customer software and hardware teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop software in C and C++ for embedded platforms used in industrial IoT, medical devices, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with customer software and hardware teams to integrate and validate solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on embedded software and C/C++ development experience.
• In-depth knowledge of embedded operating systems (Linux, FreeRTOS, VxWorks).
• Exposure to bare-metal programming is beneficial.
• Excellent English skills and German language proficiency (minimum C1).
