Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain system models using

SysML

to support requirements, architecture, and design activities. Apply

MBSE methodologies

to ensure traceability from requirements through design, implementation, integration, and verification. Perform system integration activities for embedded hardware and software components. Define and manage system architecture using tools such as

Enterprise Architect . Support the full development lifecycle according to the

V-Model , Ensure consistency and traceability between requirements, architecture, and test artifacts.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Embedded Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering Proven experience in embedded systems development and integration. Strong knowledge of

Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)

principles. Practical experience with

SysML

modeling. Hands-on experience using

Enterprise Architect

or similar modeling tools. Solid understanding of the

V-Model development process . Experience with embedded software and/or hardware integration. Language skills: Fluent level of

German

and

English
