The Contribution You Will Bring To This Role

Reporting directly to Basic Concept, Inc.’s Sales Director, the EMEA Regional Sales plays a key role in expanding business development activities and new business sales for BCI products, thereby supporting the company’s bottom line. The position is based remotely in the region and focuses on driving new business development for the substation secondary containment production line. Key industries will be electrical utilities (transmission and distribution) and the engineering firms and contractors that serve them. The role requires developing a new territory and growing a new account base, participating in short‑ and medium‑term business strategies, and defining future budgets, sales plans, and business objectives.

As a member of our Sales team, you’ll work with leading distributors and top brands in the industry, driving sales efforts that make a real impact. The team builds and maintains strong relationships, ensuring the best possible outcomes for partners and customers. What You Will Do At Justrite

  • Drive profitable growth that exceeds sales targets in the EMEA region.
  • Account Management / Customer Contact: Conduct visits, manage day‑to‑day call cycles using a mix of traditional and highly technical consultative sales techniques, staying in front of the customer up to 80% of the time.
  • New Account Acquisition: Initiate and coordinate action plans to penetrate new markets through cold calls, obtaining company registrations and standards, and actively searching for new accounts.
  • Sales and Regional Planning: Develop and execute a regional territory plan to identify new markets, penetrate those markets, and close sales. This role is heavily focused on prospecting and new account development.
  • New Product Roll‑out: Visit key accounts and representatives to market new products, preparing presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
  • Pricing / Account Administration: Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all prospect applications, maintaining maximum profit margins and accurate records for support.
  • Trade Shows: Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.

Your Skills And Expertise

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • More than 5 years of proven success in selling and sales management, preferably in the industrial and contractor market.
  • Experience working in a team, preferably with a small to medium‑sized company.
  • Proven experience managing current customers and developing new customers.
  • Experience working in a private‑equity‑owned company is a plus.
  • Proactive lead generator, a hunter in the field, ambitious and enjoys working to targets.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Salesforce.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, background in a fast‑paced, B2B sales environment, experience in a metrics‑based sales organization, ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of staff, customers, and partners, strong networking and communication skills, and comfort making decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability and willingness to travel at 70% or greater.

Compensation

The compensation will be commensurate with experience. Additionally, the role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance total compensation when Justrite Safety Group and its business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
