What are your responsibilities?

• You are the central contact point for our customers regarding all questions about our innovative robotics solutions and actively support them remotely.
• You support our customers as a competent partner and help them make optimal use of our diverse robotics products by telephone, email, and other communication channels.
• You support the creation of detailed technical documentation, helping to ensure smooth processes for our customers.
• You carefully document customer inquiries and solutions in our system.
• You work closely with our field staff to ensure optimal support for our customers.
