What your profile looks like

Experience in industrial manufacturing processes is an advantage
Experience with rubber processing and rubber machining is desirable
Physical resilience

These are your tasks

Provision of rubber compound qualities according to production orders
Setting up and operating rolling mills and calendering systems
Setting up and operating vulcanisation systems for the production of wear protection materials
Ongoing quality control in production according to production parameters
