Overview

Employee Production / AOI programming and SMT assembly (m/f/d) – Hartmannsdorf, Germany. Full-time | permanent | start immediately.

Your Mission

• You create and optimize AOI programs for the automated optical inspection of electronic assemblies
• You integrate placement changes into existing programs
• You improve defect detection while minimizing the false call rate
• You operate and monitor our SMT assembly lines
• You refill components and respond to errors during ongoing production
• You support changeovers and help switch production lines to new orders
• You carry out regular sampling to check placement quality

Your Profile

• You have a solid understanding of electronics – ideally with some experience in AOI programming or SMT assembly
• You work precisely, reliably, and with a strong focus on quality
• You are independent in your tasks and a strong team player
• You have very good German and good English skills
• You are eager to learn and develop within modern production processes
