Engine Powerplant Manager

PPR is working with a fast-growing global engine leasing and asset management platform that is building out its European technical team. They are now seeking an Engine Asset Manager to support engine trading, valuations, technical oversight and fleet strategy across multiple engine programmes.

Technical Data & Records

• Review and compile technical data including ADs, SBs, modifications and interchangeability.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to organise engine records and support customer requests.
• Prepare technical inputs for marketing packs and commercial documentation.
• Analyse BTB, BSI reports and component listings to support daily modelling of acquisition candidates.
• Contribute to valuations for acquisition, sale and lease opportunities.
• Review engine performance trend data for leased, serviceable or naked engines.

Shop Visit Strategy & Engine Lifecycle

• Identify options for shop visit avoidance/optimisation, including adjusting redelivery conditions, exchanging engines, or deploying lease engines.
• Review exchange material proposals with attention to back-to-birth traceability for LLPs and serialized components.
• Monitor fleet-wide AD/SB activity and technical issues that may impact asset value or reliability.
• Background in an engine leasing, engine trading, or engine parts organisation.
• Experience with one or more of: GenX, GE90, Trent, V2500, CF6.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with industry stakeholders.
• Solid Microsoft Excel capability for technical and commercial analysis.
