Your new Role and Responsibilities

The Engineer Product Forming Process Owner defines, designs, and optimizes cable manufacturing processes for assigned products while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, cost targets, and production efficiency.

• Receive and validate technical documentation related to product concepts and drawings
• Develop and update production flow charts and work instructions
• Calculate equipment capacity and determine required resources and investments
• Prepare technical specifications and manage equipment acceptance
• Manage and supervise production data in ERP systems
• Evaluate production times and ensure reliability of standard time data
• Define and implement workstation layouts while ensuring ergonomic standards
• Support FMEA activities and monitor corrective action effectiveness
• Coordinate technical changes and evaluate their impact on cost, risk, and production
• Support production launch and technical training activities
• Ensure optimal material flow through micro-layout analysis
• Support quality teams in analyzing internal and external product claims
• Propose process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of process engineering, capacity calculation, and line balancing
• Good understanding of ergonomics and production flow optimization
• Ability to manage technical changes and industrial projects
• Proficiency in ERP systems and industrial tools
• Fluent in French, good level of English (German/Spanish is a plus)
• Experienced in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Autonomous, results-driven, and strong team player
