Engineer Time & Motion

Your new Role and Responsibilities

The Engineer Time & Motion leads and implements improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing production efficiency through workstation balancing, waste elimination, and continuous improvement activities.

Supervise time measurements of production operations and implement corrective actions when needed
Analyze production waste and implement practical improvement solutions
Propose and implement optimization initiatives related to time, space, equipment, and materials
Lead improvement activities and evaluate productivity gains
Monitor production efficiency and coordinate improvement actions with different departments
Establish production flow charts including control points and storage areas
Calculate production capacity and resource requirements
Balance production operations according to cycle time and production concepts
Ensure dissemination of technical documentation and train users on its application
Participate in production launch activities and support technical training
Organize team activities including workload balancing and task allocation
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards
Provide regular performance reporting to management

Your Profile

Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive or industrial environment
Fluent in English and French
Experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a plus
Analytical and structured thinking applied to complex technical systems
Proactive commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Ability to manage multiple priorities under operational constraints
Results-driven with high ownership mindset and attention to detail
Lean-oriented with a strong focus on continuous improvement
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
