  • Perform pre- and post-test vehicle and crash test dummy measurements using a Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM).
  • Organize, label, and store test samples and components.
  • Decommission vehicles, including removing and discharging high-voltage battery packs, and prepare crashed vehicles for recycling or scrapyard processing.
  • Champion Tesla’s culture of safety by maintaining rigorous safety protocols and environmentally responsible work practices.

What You'll Bring

  • Broad experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing components on hybrid or BEV passenger vehicles; Tesla-specific or certified BEV experience preferred. The job requires regular lifting and carrying of loads up to 23 KG.
  • Experience with data acquisition systems (DTS, Kistler, or HBM) and equipment such as Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMMs), hydraulic test systems, or crash sleds preferred.
  • Experience with Euro NCAP or other regulatory crash or component testing preferred.
  • Ability to use computers effectively for diagnostics and test reporting (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Tesla-specific diagnostic tools).
  • Strong English technical communication skillset, to communicate verbally and digitally with international colleagues.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong desire to do things right, adapt quickly to changing requirements, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Associate degree in Engineering or Automotive Technology from an accredited institution, or Automotive OEM Test Technician Training, and/or demonstrated proficiency through relevant work experience.
