Engineering Manager (all genders

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager (all genders) to manage Assembly, Paint, and Supply Chain Engineering activities across development and industrialization projects. The role combines team leadership, technical expertise, and project responsibility, with a strong focus on safety, quality, cost, and delivery. You report to the Engineering Director Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team
• Ensure delivery of equipment and processes in line with quality, cost, and timing targets
• Manage AVP phases, including risk analysis, budgeting, and technical quotations
• Apply and continuously improve industrial standards and best practices
• Support industrialization, launch readiness, and critical project phases
• Promote and enforce a strong HSE and safety culture
• Coordinate with Know‑How centers and cross‑functional stakeholders
• Manage budgets (hours, travel, investments) and report performance

Required Profile

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Plastics, or Chemical)
• Strong background in industrial/ manufacturing engineering in automotive sector
• Previous experience as Group Leader or Manager in Assembly, Paint, or Supply Chain
• Proven leadership, decision‑making, and stakeholder management skills
• Projectmanagement
• Experience working in multicultural and cross‑functional environments
