About the role

We develop SAP Add‑Ons that address real‑world challenges in finance and operations—delivering solutions that are faster, smarter, and more sustainable.

As a Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality SAP solutions by combining technical leadership with people management. You’ll guide development efforts in alignment with product goals, while nurturing a high‑performing engineering team.

Your Day to Day

• Build outstanding SAP Add‑Ons: Full ownership of developing and delivering Serrala’s standard SAP Add‑Ons using ABAP and Fiori.
• Design and guide: Shape the technical direction, set architectural standards, and guide platform evolution.
• Empower and develop your team: Provide regular feedback, development paths, and supportive coaching.
• Communicate and collaborate: Align with stakeholders, update VP/Director, and drive alignment through clear communication.

What makes you excel in this position

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field— or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in SAP development (ABAP must; RAP, BTP, or Fiori is a strong advantage).
• At least 2 years of experience in a team lead role.
• Solid technical foundation with willingness to stay hands‑on when needed.
• Strong communication skills and structured, supportive leadership style.
• Fluency in English; German B2 level is a big plus.
