Your Tasks

Support and mentor a team of talented engineers through coaching, and career development planning
Create a culture of continuous learning, psychological safety, and open feedback
Proactively identify and help resolve organizational or interpersonal blockers
Build strong relationships across teams and functions to foster collaboration and alignment
Drive performance cycles, facilitate feedback, and support individual growth journeys
Lead hiring, onboarding, and offboarding in close partnership with Recruiting and HR
Manage relationships with providers and contribute to strategic workforce planning
Help to shape and support engineering-wide programs
Develop and execute talent‑retention strategies to maintain high morale and prevent turnover

Your Profile

Proven experience in engineering leadership, ideally within a product- or platform-focused organization
Technical background (e.g. Java, MongoDB, TypeScript, Node.js, React) and hands on mentality
Passion for people development, mentoring, and building high-trust environments
Strong communicator with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable with agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration
Proactive, self-driven, and motivated to make an impact
