Qualification

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• 14-16 years in turnkey solar projects with expertise in design and execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead solar plant design, including plant layout, loading, load calculations, and tracker design.
2. Oversee end-to-end execution of turnkey solar projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
3. Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
5. Monitor project quality and implement best practices for optimization.

Skills

• Expertise in solar plant design, tracker systems, and load calculations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and renewable energy systems.
