Engineering Project Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Independent organization of R&D projects (standard products as well as customer projects)
• Support of custom program managers
• Follow defined Kontron development process
• Coordination of distributed and international project teams
• Setup of project plans (MS Project), meeting minutes, and gate checklists
• Manage risk‑management and lessons‑learned subprocesses and related tasks
• Supervise/monitor schedules and budget
• Reporting to Engineering Management team; escalation in case of resource, budget and/or schedule deviations/issues
• Check of completeness of all development results against requirementsOrganize project closure; transfer project results (finalized product) into (mass) production
• Take care of transparency between participating departments and persons

Qualifications

• Engineer or technician with project management experience and organization skills
• Experience in product development
• Independent and structured way of working
• Fluent English and German in speaking and writing
• Working with MS Office is expected
• SAP experience (optional)
