About The Role

As an Account Coordinator on the Enterprise Partnerships Team at Uber Eats Germany, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business success by providing comprehensive support to our merchants and our Account Management teams. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with setup and administrative tasks, handling client communications, supporting the sales process, and conducting data analysis and reporting.

What You Will Do

  • Client Communication and Support: Collaborate closely with Account Managers to grasp and address customer needs effectively.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring rapid and accurate resolution.
  • Maintain and regularly update client information databases to ensure accuracy and readiness.
  • Sales Process Support: Assist Account Managers in identifying and developing expansion opportunities within the customer base.
  • Aid in the preparation and delivery of compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Manage the preparation, filing, and retrieval of sales‑related documents, including contracts and proposals.
  • Administrative Support: Provide robust administrative support to the Account Management team, facilitating efficient day‑to‑day operations.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, calls, and demonstrations for team members.
  • Assist in the preparation and renewal of sales proposals in collaboration with Account Managers.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate, analyze, and interpret order management reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Create detailed reports on campaign results and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collect and relay feedback from customers to internal teams to guide improvements in products and services based on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of full‑time experience, ideally in a fast‑paced client‑facing role, preferably in the food delivery or technology sectors.
  • SQL skills to build ad‑hoc queries for our merchants.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and German.
  • Experience handling enterprise partnerships.
  • Experience in food delivery and/or third‑party marketplaces at a high‑growth tech company.
  • Ability to flex your analytical skills and use data to influence decision‑makers and quantify opportunities.
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and go‑getter mentality. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and navigating ambiguity.
  • Ability to handle the big picture and the tiny details: organized, timely, ensuring nothing gets missed; also attuned to strategy and consistently coming up with new ways to create or contribute to our partnerships.
  • Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Coachability, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to the improvement of your craft and our team’s development.
