What you'll be doing

  • Own the DACH Enterprise Territory: drive new logo acquisition and secure significant ARR at or above quota level.
  • Design and execute sophisticated outbound campaigns in collaboration with SDRs, partnerships and marketing to build pipeline and penetrate target accounts.
  • Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder buying centers, engaging VPs, C‑level executives (HR, Communications, CIOs) to align digital transformation strategies with Staffbase’s value proposition.
  • Act as a consultative advisor, becoming an expert in digital employee experience and internal communication trends to build compelling business cases.
  • Drive internal collaboration with Solution Engineers, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless discovery, solution scoping and successful contract closure.
  • Represent Staffbase with professionalism and enthusiasm, contributing insights to shape our GTM strategy and high‑energy culture.

What you need to be successful

  • At least 3 years of proven Enterprise SaaS sales success with a track record of exceeding revenue targets in the Enterprise segment (>$100k ARR deals preferred).
  • Expert stakeholder navigation, managing complex buying committees that span Communications, HR, IT and C‑level leaders.
  • Deep understanding of strategic selling methodologies (e.g., Value‑Based Selling, SPICED) to accelerate sales cycles with superior communication and closing skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, scale‑up environment, demonstrating high emotional intelligence and adaptability.
  • Fluent German (C2 level) and professional, business‑proficient English skills are mandatory.
  • A curious, performance‑oriented hunter mentality paired with passion, humor, and enthusiasm for constant innovation.
