Location: Fully remote within Germany. Ideally based in Berlin.
The Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive – DACH , you will lead our expansion within the enterprise automotive segment across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will own complex, high-value sales cycles targeting large dealership groups, OEM networks, marketplaces, and enterprise automotive organizations. This is a strategic, high-impact role where you will directly shape CarCutter’s enterprise footprint in the DACH region.

What You’ll Do
- Enterprise Market Development – Identify, target, and win enterprise automotive clients across the DACH region; develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on high-value accounts; build strong executive-level relationships within dealership groups, OEM networks, and marketplaces; position CarCutter as the leading AI image solution in the DACH automotive ecosystem
- Full-Cycle Enterprise Sales Ownership – Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to signed agreement; conduct deep discovery sessions to understand enterprise workflows, operational challenges, and scalability objectives; deliver tailored, value-driven product demonstrations showcasing measurable ROI; navigate procurement, legal, and commercial negotiations at enterprise level
- Strategic Account Growth – Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers (C-level, Heads of Sales, Marketing Directors, etc.); negotiate high-value, multi-year commercial agreements; collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term retention; identify upsell and expansion opportunities within enterprise accounts
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of proven success as an Enterprise Account Executive in SaaS
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to the automotive industry
- Strong track record of closing enterprise-level deals with complex sales cycles
- Demonstrated history of exceeding quota and driving significant revenue growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a territory strategically
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Native-level German and fluent English
- Based in Germany (Berlin preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
