Enterprise Data & Analytics Lead

We are seeking a hands-on Data & Analytics leader to define and drive enterprise-wide data strategy, governance, and operational excellence. You will deliver trusted insights across the business through data cataloging, governance frameworks, and enterprise data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Define and evolve standards for Data Domains, Data Products, Metadata, and Data Capabilities.
Lead the vision, objectives, and delivery of an enterprise Data Catalog to drive governed insights.
Manage procurement and selection of Data Catalog tools aligned with business priorities.
Partner with enterprise and data architects to implement integrated data solutions.
Design and govern a Tableau ecosystem aligned with the data lakehouse, certifying metrics and enforcing data ownership.
Implement data governance frameworks, monitor data quality, and enforce regulatory compliance.
Lead cross-functional teams in operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Report program performance, risks, and KPIs to senior stakeholders and executives.

Required Skills

Data Governance, Metadata, Data Catalogs, Data Modeling, and Data Management.
Hands-on experience with Tableau, data lakehouse architectures, and data quality frameworks.
Track record leading enterprise-scale data strategy and transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with senior executives.
Experience with procurement, vendor management, and compliance processes.
Leadership in operational excellence, Lean practices, and cross-functional team management.
Familiarity with Purview, Alation, Collibra, or similar governance tools.
Cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure), ETL, and data engineering experience.
