YOUR MISSION:

As an Enterprise Engagement Manager (f/m/d) at Parloa, you are a core driver of customer success, value realization and satisfaction of our enterprise customers. You will manage a portfolio of customers, guiding them through implementation, adoption, and ongoing value realization with a consultative and customer-first approach.

IN THIS ROL Y YOU WILL:

Build strong, trust-based relationships and credibility across key stakeholders—represent Parloa as a reliable and value-driving partner.
Drive customer outcomes—build success plans, track KPIs, monitor progress, and translate results into business insights.
Oversee implementations—manage cross-functional teams and timelines to ensure smooth, on-time go-lives.
Proactively manage renewals and identify growth opportunities across accounts, including new use cases and departments.
Make value visible through strong communication and translating outcomes into impactful messages.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or similar role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive, growth mindset and eagerness to learn—comfortable managing multiple customers and priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and project management abilities to ensure smooth execution and follow-through.
A genuine interest in AI, automation, and customer experience innovation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
