This opportunity will allow an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to take ownership of the DACH region.

With a presence across 160+ countries, over 1000 customers and 40+ industries worldwide, they are a force to be reckoned with!

The Role

Join a high-growth team, where you will have a clear path to Regional Director.

Own, drive sales and scale the DACH business.
Leverage an EMEA support structure and a mix of inbound leads, inherited accounts, and greenfield opportunities.
Generate new business while managing and growing existing accounts.
Engage with executives and decision-makers across various industries.

The deals typically range from €100K-€150K , and top performers will exceed €300K in their first year. This is due to the lucrative compensation structure with 24% accelerators and uncapped earning potential!

What Experience Are We Looking For?

6+ years of experience in a Sales or Account Management role.
Experience working in the SaaS space.
Experience working in the Fintech, Treasury, or Accounting space is a big plus.
Proven success in complex and consultative sales cycles with €100K+ deal sizes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A trusted, driven salesperson with the hunger and drive to scale a growing territory.
Fluent German speaker with excellent communication skills in both German and English.
