Responsibilities

Development & Implementation: Create scalable enterprise search solutions to efficiently search large data volumes.
Technological Integration: Integrate search technologies into existing systems and optimize their interaction.
Collaboration: Work with technical and business stakeholders to develop tailored solutions.
Security & Performance: Ensure the search infrastructure remains secure, high-performing, and scalable.
Technology Evaluation: Regularly assess new technologies and best practices in enterprise search and incorporate them.
Search Optimization: Develop algorithms to improve the relevance and accuracy of search results.

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Technology Expertise: Practical experience with enterprise search technologies (e.g., Apache Solr, Elasticsearch, SINEQUA, iFinder, Mindbreeze, Lucidworks, Google, Azure AI Search).
Programming Skills: Knowledge of programming and modern UI frameworks.
Cloud Experience: Ideally, experience with cloud solutions like Google Cloud, Amazon AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
Search Solutions: Interest and experience in search solutions for large enterprise environments.
Language Skills: Proficiency in German and English for effective communication.
