Enterprise & Solution Architect (m/w/d) The OSPlus Förderbank area delivers tailored solutions for the group's local development institutions, including customer and employee portals and core banking functions. Your role includes assessing customer needs, participating in project delivery, and integrating customized applications within the OSPlus ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Stewarding the IT strategy for the OSPlus Förderbank product, aligning with corporate strategy, market trends and ensuring consistency with the overall OSPlus architecture.

Developing and implementing technical concepts for Förderbank requirements and steering implementation processes.

Evaluating, introducing and managing new technology solutions to drive digital transformation actively.

Providing architectural consulting on technical questions.

Defining and implementing architecture and development standards for OSPlus Förderbank to ensure technological consistency and scalability.

Coordinating technical and architectural topics with other OSPlus stakeholders at Finanz Informatik.

Profile

Completed studies in Computer Science, Mathematics or a comparable technical training.

At least six years of specialist experience in software development and software architecture, with solid knowledge of modern architectural principles.

Deep understanding of OSPlus application architecture and IT strategy.

Experience in OSPlus development.

Excellent knowledge of Java Enterprise Edition and common web technologies.

Extensive project experience in PMOplus projects, including role as technical project manager with OSPlus development exposure.

Analytical and conceptual strength, able to structure complex relationships and present them clearly.
