Responsibilities 1. Lead overall design & parameter matching of drill seeder; ensure seeding accuracy. 2. Integrate & optimize key systems (seeding, fertilization, suspension). 3. Comply with EU regulations (CE, EU Stage V) & compile bilingual docs. 4. Conduct 3D modeling (CATIA/SolidWorks) & simulation. 5. Cooperate with cross-departments for mass production & field test optimization. 1. Master/Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical/Agricultural/Vehicle Engineering. 2. ≥3 years agricultural machinery design experience, preferred drill seeder experience. 3. German B2+, English B2+. 4. Proficiency in 3D modeling & simulation tools; familiar with EU regulations. 5. Strong systematic thinking & cross-department collaboration ability.
