Overview

Role: EPR Business Development Administrator

The EPR Business Development Administrator executes registration for multiple categories, guarantees a premium customer experience and builds trust with authorities and service partners.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate registrations for customers.
  • Provide clear advisory notes to customers.
  • Maintain evidence packs and country documentation.
  • Resolve PRO/authority queries.
  • Support regional manager with insights.
  • Ensure SLA performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 2 years in compliance, reporting, admin, or regulatory tasks.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Business proficient or Native German.
  • Attention for detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
