What You’ll Do
- Drive predictive and preventive maintenance programs for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Analyze performance data to reduce equipment downtime and improve reliability.
- Optimize spare part management using smart inventory strategies.
- Ensure compliance with CE certification and technical specifications.
- Collaborate on tool installation, qualification, and ramp‑up activities.
- Promote safety and ergonomic improvements in equipment design and operation.
- Support project management tasks including planning, execution, and reporting.
- Maintain detailed documentation for audits, compliance, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in equipment engineering within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor process tools, cleanroom protocols, and equipment lifecycle.
- Proven success in downtime reduction, maintenance optimization, and spare part strategy.
- Familiarity with CE marking, safety standards, and ergonomic design.
- Solid project management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.
