ERP Business Central Team Lead

We've partnered with a well-established, internationally active end-user organisation to appoint an experienced ERP Team Lead (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV). This key hire is responsible for leading a cross‑site ERP team and driving the further development, stability, and integration of a complex Business Central landscape across multiple international subsidiaries. You will be pivotal in shaping the technical ERP architecture and ensuring it effectively supports core business processes across purchasing, logistics, sales, service, and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑site team for development and administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Own the further development, stability, and integration of the global BC/NAV environment
• Design and deliver core BC applications across purchasing, logistics, sales, service, and finance
• Develop interfaces and extensions using AL, APIs, and web services
• Oversee release, change, and quality management processes
• Lead ERP rollouts across international subsidiaries and manage external development partners
• Ensure system performance, security, and data integrity across environments
• Coach and develop team members while working closely with wider IT teams

Your profile

• Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
• Strong expertise in AL, Extensions, and system architecture
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, MS SQL Server (PowerShell / Azure Services a plus)
• Proven experience leading technical teams or project groups
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Structured, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented working style
• Willingness to relocate or commute 3 days a week to office in Landau
