Product Specialist Finance & Accounting (all genders)

For this role, we have a salary band between €50,000 and €71,500 gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with our Finance and Controlling teams (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling) and act as their dedicated contact within Enterprise Apps.
• Coordinate system improvements across all finance and controlling applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Gather requirements, set priorities, and support each step of the implementation process — from planning to go‑live.
• Bring forward ideas that simplify processes and make daily work easier, including exploring automation and AI‑driven solutions.
• Collaborate with both internal and external partners, such as our Business Central engineers and controlling software providers.
• Ensure seamless integration between finance systems, maintaining reliable data flows across ERP, controlling, and other connected tools.
• Take part in testing and documentation to make sure all updates are well executed, stable, and user‑friendly.
• Support flaconi’s growth by ensuring our finance systems are ready for new markets and business needs.

Your Profile

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ideally within financial modules.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, allowing you to connect easily with Finance and Controlling stakeholders.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to align people from different teams and backgrounds.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset; you enjoy taking responsibility while working together toward shared goals.
• Analytical and curious, with an interest in understanding technical details and finding practical solutions.
• Experience in an e‑commerce or retail environment is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a strong plus since many finance processes and terms are in German.
