ES EMEA Supply Chain Financial Analyst (m/w/d)

What You’ll Do

• Manage ES EMEA financials for all Indirect Material and Services activities, Indirect & Logistics commission process, and SCM KPI High 5 reporting and Working Capital Improvements.
• Act as a gatekeeper for financial integrity, ensuring reporting aligns with P&L and providing analytics and strategic guidance.
• Serve as the lead spokesperson to the ES EMEA finance team and the Global Supply Chain Finance team on the impacts of Indirect Material and Services.
• Lead centralized processes for cost out and economics guidance, monthly results consolidation, and SLT reporting.
• Partner strategically for cost out, inflation targets, risk and opportunity management, and profit plan coordination.
• Drive process improvements, standardisation, and cultural compliance.
• Support SPIR approval reviews, corporate data integration initiatives, and monthly KPI reporting.
• Lead quarterly Indirect and Logistics commissions process and drive working capital improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting; MBA, CPA, or CIMA/ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting and financial planning and analysis.

Skills

• In‑depth knowledge of manufacturing accounting & finance principles.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting practices.
• Ability to prepare and analyse financial and operational reports.
• Experience in operations, finance, supply chain, program management, supplier risk management.
• Working knowledge of financial and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Professional presence, articulate communication, strategic partnership, analytical, influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and champion innovative ideas.
