EU Sales & Business Development Executive

CubeSpace (CS) is looking for an ambitious Sales and Business Development Executive to drive our expansion across the European market. You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and growing CS’s footprint within the EU space sector. We’re looking for someone commercially sharp, technically credible, and highly driven - someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and is motivated by winning new business in a complex, cutting‑edge industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development and sales activities across targeted EU markets.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the space sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for Europe.
  • Represent CS at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align customer needs with CS solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronic, Aerospace, Mechatronic) or a related technical field
  • Additional training or certifications in sales, business development, or commercial strategy are beneficia
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the EU market
  • Background in the space, aerospace, or a highly technical engineering environment
  • Strong technical understanding (ideally within control systems or related domains)
  • Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Willingness to travel within Europe as required
  • Contribute to meaningful global space missions with work that has real impact.
