European Clinical Manager

Established Search is supporting the European growth of a well-established interventional cardiology medical device company.

We are currently seeking a European Clinical Manager located in Munich or Vienna to lead the clinical and market-entry strategy for an advanced aortic graft. This is a key role for a globally active medical device organization with a strong innovation pipeline.

You will be responsible for guiding an innovative aortic graft through the final stages of pre-clinical testing and driving an efficient, successful market introduction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute clinical strategy for the aortic graft product portfolio across Europe
• Oversee final pre-clinical activities and ensure readiness for market launch
• Collaborate with regulatory teams on global market entry planning
• Provide on-site clinical support, including participation in implantations if needed
• Develop relationships with vascular surgeons, clinical sites, and key opinion leaders
• Monitor product performance and collect post-market clinical insights
• Support training, education, and communication for internal teams and external partners

Requirements

• Proven experience clinical and regulatory experience inaortic grafts
• Strong understanding of clinical, regulatory, and market dynamics in the vascular space
• Ability and willingness to travel for clinical support and implantations
• Strategic mindset with hands-on clinical expertise
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
