European SRM Expert

This role reports to the European SRM Director and will develop and drive Royal Canin's European PPA & Mix strategy, focusing on Price Pack Architecture across all 28 European markets. It involves developing operational tools, sharing best practices, and interacting with local SRM resources to optimize pack‑price architectures. The position is a 6‑month paternity cover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Regional PPA & Mix strategies: build a 3‑year PPA roadmap feeding into our long‑term planning cycle and ensure principles are applied to future portfolio and innovation pipeline.
• Develop best‑in‑class playbooks and guidelines, design and deploy local playbooks, operational guidance and highlight success stories.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure deployment of defined priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering across the organization to analyse internal & external data, draw key insights and form recommendations based on solid consumer and commercial knowledge.
• Track record of translating strategies into action, delivering results, and presenting to senior leaders, simplifying complex concepts.
• Proven functional/technical understanding across pricing – pricing strategy, analysis and implementation.
• Strong commercial and financial skills with excellent organisational agility, understanding impacts on P&L.
