About The Opportunity

We're looking for an energetic and organized Event Coordinator to help shape our public event calendar and bring private events to life at Kalle Halle Neukölln and Manifesto Potsdamer Platz. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, planning, and smooth execution. You will conceptualize public events, support the commercial team with private bookings, and work closely with Operations to ensure every experience is flawless. What You'll Do

• Public Events & Entertainment: Create event concepts that drive footfall, manage budgeting, timelines, vendor selection, and program curation (music, workshops, partners).
• Internal Alignment: Prepare internal event briefs and documentation. Coordinate with Marketing and F&B partners to align expectations.
• Private Events (Sales & Ops Bridge): Act as the key point of contact between Sales and Operations. Ensure all requirements are clearly handed over and special requests are met.
• On‑Site Execution: Support Operations during execution to ensure everything meets client expectations and our high brand standards.
• General Management: Maintain the event calendar for both Berlin markets, manage post‑event reporting, and build strong relationships with partners, artists, and vendors.

What You Bring

• Experience: 1–3 years in event coordination, hospitality, cultural programming, or a related field.
• Organizational Skills: You like structure but stay flexible. You have a "problem‑solving" mindset and are comfortable in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment.
• Creative Spirit: An eye for what makes an event stand out and the ability to ensure everything follows brand guidelines.
• Language Skills: Fluent German and English (both are required for our Berlin locations and international team communication).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work some evenings and weekends depending on the event schedule.
