In this role, you will:
Own and execute Lio’s presence at trade fairs, expos, and industry conferences
Conceptualize and host high‑quality in‑house events for prospects, customers, and partners
Create premium on‑site experiences that position Lio as a category leader
Collaborate closely with Sales to turn events into qualified pipeline and strategic opportunities
Manage budgets, vendors, logistics, and timelines end‑to‑end
Measure event ROI and continuously optimize for brand and revenue impact
You’re a good fit for this role if you:
Have 2–5 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or B2B experiences
Combine creativity with strong operational excellence
Think commercially and understand how events drive enterprise sales
Communicate confidently with executives, partners, and service providers
Thrive in fast‑paced environments and enjoy being hands‑on on‑site
