What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Own and execute Lio’s presence at trade fairs, expos, and industry conferences
• Conceptualize and host high-quality in‑house events for prospects, customers, and partners
• Create premium on‑site experiences that position Lio as a category leader
• Collaborate closely with Sales to turn events into qualified pipeline and strategic opportunities
• Manage budgets, vendors, logistics, and timelines end‑to‑end
• Measure event ROI and continuously optimize for brand and revenue impact

Your Profile

You’re a good fit for this role if you:

• Have 2–5 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or B2B experiences
• Combine creativity with strong operational excellence
• Think commercially and understand how events drive enterprise sales
• Communicate confidently with executives, partners, and service providers
• Thrive in fast‑paced environments and enjoy being hands‑on on‑site
