Event Specialist (Mandarin)

About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced

Event Specialists

to support our bridal pop-up events across Germany, including

Munich, Hamburg, Berlin . This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant retail setting for a leading direct-to-consumer (DTC) bridal brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing pop-up events in German cities Liaise and coordinate with local suppliers and partners, including venues, logistics, equipment providers, and temporary staff Support event setup, on-site operations, and breakdown Provide on-site assistance during events to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience Participate in exhibitions and Wedding Fairs, supporting both pre-event preparations and on-the-day execution Assist with post-event feedback collection and basic data compilation Collaborate with cross-regional and overseas internal teams

Requirements: Must be fluent in

Mandarin and German Based in

Munich, Hamburg, Berlin , or able to commute locally Prior experience in

offline events, pop-up stores, or exhibitions

is preferred Retail or store-based

experience (especially in apparel, bridal, or customer service) is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise independently with suppliers Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment Willing to travel within Europe Flexible

to work on weekends and outside standard hours Must have the

legal

right to work in Germany
