(Executive) Account Manager – Chromatographie (w/m/d)

Join Phenomenex as an (Executive) Account Manager for Chromatography across Germany. You will manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales in a fully remote setting supported by a strong internal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customized business plans and sales strategies with customers.
• Build and maintain trustful relationships with new and existing customers.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Track market trends and competitor developments, sharing insights with the sales manager.
• Respond to customer needs with tailored solutions and continuous improvement of sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences.
• Strong knowledge of chromatography and related market workflows.
• Proven sales experience with measurable success.
• Enjoys consulting, negotiating, and spotting new opportunities.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).

Travel, Physical Requirements & License

• Approximately 70 % travel across the sales territory, including occasional overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s licence and safe driving behavior required.

Preferred Additional Experience

• Hands‑on laboratory experience with chromatography techniques (HPLC, GC, SPE).
• Sales experience in lab consumables.
