Executive Assistant - COO Office (all genders)

You’re not just supporting operations; you’re helping scale them. As Assistant to the COO at Lio, you work closely with the COO to keep the company running smoothly bringing structure to fast-moving priorities and helping turn strategic initiatives into execution.

What You'll Do

• Support the COO in day-to-day operations, planning, and coordination
• Prepare meetings, agendas, and follow-ups to keep key initiatives on track
• Drive operational projects and ensure structured execution across teams
• Coordinate communication between leadership, product, sales, and implementation
• Help optimize internal processes to make the company faster and more scalable
• Bring clarity and structure to complex topics in a fast-paced startup environment

Your Profile

• Have experience in operations, consulting, strategy, or startup environments
• Are highly structured and enjoy turning ideas into execution
