Executive Consultant , you act as a senior partner to clients operating at the highest levels of their organizations. Your role combines three dimensions that belong together. Deliver impact You design and deliver leadership, assessment, and development work for complex organizational realities, translating ambiguity into clarity and action. We are looking for experienced Executive Consultants who are comfortable with responsibility, creating an impact, and developing customers. You bring most of the following: A strong academic background (Master’s or PhD) in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields Several years of experience in executive-level consulting, leadership development, assessment, or comparable advisory work The ability to deliver complex client work and grow trusted relationships with C-level and Board stakeholders in highly demanding, successful organizations Experience mentoring, guiding, or developing other consultants Native-level German and full professional fluency in English Intellectual curiosity, commercial awareness, and an international mindset Willingness to travel internationally when required
