Executive Team Assistant (m/f/d)

Our international and agile team is searching for a motivated person to especially support our management board in the position as an Executive Team Assistant (f/m/d). You enjoy working in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment? You would like take part in revolutionizing the NewSpace in aerospace? Then apply for us.

Your Tasks

• Guarantee a smooth daily routine for our management board by coordinating and organizing schedules and meetings in a proactive and professional way
• Preparation, planning and coordination of external and internal meetings, incl. visitor management
• Organization and coordination of business trips for the Board members and other employees, including accounting for travel expenses
• Cross-departmental coordination of project activities and appointments, including calendar coordination
• Coordination of non-disclosure agreements in cooperation with our legal department
• Support the management of company insurance policies
• Operative support of the legal department
• Support the entire team with organizational and administrative tasks

Your Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or bachelor's degree with a focus on business administration
• Professional experience in a secretarial/assistant function at executive/management level in international companies
• Initial experience in legal topics is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Fluent in written and spoken English (all day-to-day activities are carried out in English)
• Proactive, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Open-minded and respectful manner of communication
• Strong team player attitude, emotional intelligence and organizational talent
• Discretion, sense of responsibility and loyalty
