• Growth Lead: Energize our expansion team and identify the next top locations across Cologne, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, and Aachen.
• Pipeline Builder: Secure a continuous flow of deals through detailed research and tailored outreach to market participants.
• Project Management: Guide projects from the Letter of Interest through to Heads of Terms.
• Strategic Partnerships: Convert potential business partners into allies by establishing strategic collaborations with real‑estate investors, asset managers, and investment funds.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent STAYERY as the most extraordinary hospitality brand at networking events and industry gatherings.
• Team Collaboration: Work directly with our co‑founder and management team, contributing fresh ideas and rapid decision‑making.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration or a comparable field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in consulting, real‑estate investment, or business development.
• A passion for challenges and a drive to excel in high‑stakes situations.
• Willingness to travel extensively to secure optimal projects.
• Residence in Cologne or Düsseldorf, with occasional monthly visits to our Berlin office.
• Fluent German (C1+) and excellent written & oral communication skills.
