Your Tasks

Membership in the Payment & Basket Platform Team responsible for the development, maintenance, and operation of highly available backend systems hosted on GCP
Significant influence on solution architecture in accordance with enterprise architecture principles and coding standards
Assurance of efficient product backlog delivery
Contribution to backlog management with emphasis on technical debt and product quality
Improvement and automation of existing processes and solutions through Infrastructure as Code
Advocacy for technology best practices and assurance of their adherence by product teams
Provision of support to product teams in cloud services, web security, and continuous integration pipelines
Active participation in the technical community for Cloud competency

Your Profile

Strong interest in secure, highly scalable, multi-region hosted backend systems
Fundamental knowledge of system architectures, network protocols, and operating systems (desirable)
Profound expertise in configuration and maintenance of cloud platform services (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS) using Infrastructure as Code
Familiarity with common DevOps technologies (Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub, Nginx, GitOps, etc.)
Skills in application firewall configuration, including rate limitations and bot detection rules (advantageous)
Good knowledge of programming languages (especially Node.js) and document-based databases
Experience in cross-functional teams within agile enterprise environments (advantageous)
Fluency in English (German language skills are a plus)
