Key Skills & Competencies Required

• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
• Analyze and improve business processes for our diverse clientele.
• Develop and implement strategic solutions in areas such as risk management, service design, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.
• Create customized strategies for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
• Conduct research and data analysis to inform decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops and present insights to client teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging expertise in financial modeling, business analytics, and process optimization.
• Provide thought leadership on industry trends and best practices.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.

What We Need From You:

• 5+ years of experience in Project/Change Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related fields; Master’s preferred.
• Proven track record in delivering impactful solutions in risk management, service design, digital transformation, etc.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
• EU Work Permit.
