Your mission

• Drive industry-leading multiplexer performance through novel multiplexer topology research, synthesis methodology development, or co-design with acoustic physics experts.
• Design and develop high-performance resonators using innovative modes, materials, layer stacks, or IDT structures.
• Develop and validate accurate simulation models for nonlinearity and power handling.
• Drive low-cost, miniaturized package through novel process research.

Your areas of expertise

• M.Sc. degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.

10+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:

• TC-SAW / TF-SAW filter design and development.
• Acoustic resonator optimization, with strong expertise in high Q-value, high Kt², low TCF, and high-power handling.
• Acoustic resonator materials R&D, including piezoelectric, electrode, and substrate materials.
• Modeling and simulation, with hands‑on experience developing acoustic filter simulation tools based on FEM, COM, or BVD models.
• Advanced acoustic filter process R&D, including familiarity with pre‑ and post‑processing mass‑production techniques.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills, with experience working in international teams; willing to travel for business when required.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
