Expert Business Development & Strategy Retail Media (mfd)

Your Tasks

  • Elaboration and further development of business plans and business strategies as well as definition of KPIs in close exchange with management
  • Cross-divisional project management esp. for growth initiatives
  • Strengthening and optimization of cross-divisional collaboration both including processes as well as methodologies e.g. Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)
  • Development of new business areas and markets; also incl. new strategic partnerships
  • Market monitoring of current as well as possible future trends to derive data-based strategic implications for MMS Retail Media; this also includes the analysis of key competitors
  • Monitoring and Reporting
  • Retail Media-representations at events and conferences also incl. management of existing and possible future partnerships

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Marketing Communication Business Administration or related area (ideally with Masters degree / MBA)
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting in a dynamic business context
  • Sense for technical as well as regulatory market trends and changes
  • Profound understanding of Retail Media business model as well as value chain desirable; ideally consulting background
  • Very good analytical as well as conceptual skills
  • Strength in communication and negotiation with clear customer focus esp. strong presentation skills incl. PowerPoint
  • Goal-oriented self-responsible way of working
  • Fluent in German and English; both spoken and written
