As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• You further develop the Group Accounting Manual and ensure its clear communication to all group companies – promoting consistent standards in line with IFRS.
• You serve as the central point of contact for topics related to group financial statements, IFRS chart of accounts, and consolidation.
• You resolve accounting-related questions, support ad-hoc analyses, and actively contribute to projects.
• You identify necessary adjustments and implement them both content-wise and systemically – in collaboration with experts and as an interface to reporting/controlling.
• You regularly contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, support operational consolidation and validation in the consolidation system (currently SEM BCS), and communicate with auditors and consultants.
• You ensure data quality and consistency for the group financial statements and contribute to the preparation of financial reporting including IFRS notes and the management report.
• You actively support M&A and post-merger integration activities in the accounting area.

What makes you stand out

• You have solid expertise in consolidation and IFRS accounting – ideally with around 5 years of professional experience in an IFRS group (excluding audit firms).
• You bring several years of hands‑on experience with consolidation systems such as LucaNet, Tagetik, or SEM‑BCS.
• You are familiar with equity accounting as well as initial and deconsolidation processes – and have already applied these in a consolidation system.
• You have gained initial practical experience in preparing a group cash flow statement.
• You work in a structured and self‑reliant manner and have a strong understanding of group processes and interfaces.
• You are a strong communicator and can explain complex topics clearly – even in an international context.
• You are eager to actively contribute to projects and help shape processes – with a clear focus on quality and efficiency.
• Excellent German and English skills complete your profile.
